Having worked with computers my whole life, it only seems right to share my knowledge of PCs with the community. Many people want a simple solution to their ever demanding IT needs, but like me, are unwilling to shell out hundreds of dollars to huge corporations like the "geeks":

• We offer $50 an hour "on site" troubleshooting support!.  On average, larger company's with lots of hired staff and higher overhead must charge a higher premium for the same service. And not to mention you usually end up dealing with kids directly outta highschool. Not at DungeonPCs. You wont be charged for a a fancy uniform, a dorky car, or having to sit and wait for your repair guy to get off the phone with his technical support team, all of which cost you more money..
  
  
• House a mess? Kids giving you and everyone else grey hair? feeling a little reclusive? Dont fret! Just drop off(or arrange a pickup) your computer at DungeonPCs. We offer $35 an hour troubleshooting from the comfort of my basement. With your busy schedule, we understand! .  Drop off your computer anytime after 5pm and recieve it the next buisness day(excludes hardware orders). I offer house calls within 30 miles of Mason City(out of towners will be charged for drive time).
  
  
• How old is OLD? Maybe your dimension 4500 sounds like its ready to either take flight or start a small campfire in your office. At DungeonPCs we offer great pricing on our own custom built computers or upgradable hardware.  Have a certain game or software application your old computer just cant handle? If you've got old computers that just dont work anymore, No problem, drop off your old PC and I will recycle it for free.
